Payment
We offer payment options through Paypal and direct bank transfer. In order to secure a spot in our schedule, a deposit of 50% is required. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery of the completed project.
Shipping Information
Customers have the option to provide their own models for the project, or we can source them from an online store at cost (which will be included in the project quote). Once the project is completed, the finished miniatures will be shipped to the specified address upon receipt of final payment.
Return Policy
If a project has not yet begun, it is possible to return the miniatures at the client's expense.
However, once a project proposal has been accepted and work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable as we have dedicated time and resources towards planning and executing the commission. We invest a significant amount of time and effort into carefully planning and crafting each proposal, and as such, the loss of an accepted project can impact our schedule and our availability for other opportunities. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds on deposits once a project has been accepted.
Quotes and Proposals
The prices provided should be considered a general guide and may not reflect the exact cost of a particular project. To determine an accurate price, it is necessary to take into account a range of factors, including the size and complexity of the project, the level of detail required, and the amount of time and resources needed to complete it. Each project will be individually assessed in order to determine a precise value.
The estimated turnaround time for commissioned projects is within three months, beginning from the point at which a proposal is accepted. But this will be discussed at the comencement of each individual project.
Please note that not all applicants will be guaranteed a commission place.
